A former nonprofit executive leader, Cassy has more than a decade of experience directing programs, developing leaders, and advising boards across mission-driven, healthcare-adjacent, and public-sector environments.
Her coaching integrates evidence-based practice, adult-learning design, and evaluation discipline (Kirkpatrick Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Strategic Evaluation Planning). She holds certifications as a Professional Coach (CPC), Whole Person Certified Coach (WPCC), Certified ADHD Coach, and Certified Group Coach, along with SHRM's Inclusive Workplace Culture credential and ATD coaching/consulting certificates.

Cassy Miller brings over a decade of senior leadership experience across nonprofit, healthcare- adjacent, and mission-driven organizations. She previously served as Executive Director of the Amani Center, a Children’s Advocacy Center, where she oversaw HR, operations, and compliance. She also served as Program Director of Executive Leadership & Forensic Interviewer Initiatives at Oregon Child Abuse Solutions, leading statewide training programs such as OCFIT, Project Ability, and Trauma-Informed Forensic Interviewing. In these roles, she built and sustained communities of practice for executives and practitioners, guided Children's Advocacy Centers in meeting National accreditation standards including support and training in strategic planning with boards of directors, developing succession plans, steering nonprofit governance, and developing policy frameworks, all supporting long-term organizational growth.
Earlier in her career, Cassy spent nearly a decade working in county government agencies, where she gained firsthand experience navigating public-sector processes, compliance systems, and interagency collaboration. This foundation allows her to connect deeply with government-based leaders and understand the unique structures and challenges they face.
In addition to her nonprofit and public-sector leadership, Cassy is the founder of a coaching and consulting practice, where she designs and delivers leadership development, executive coaching, ADHD group coaching, and organizational strategy services. This experience has given her a broad perspective on client needs and the ability to adapt her approach across sectors and leader levels.
As a certified ADHD coach and a neurodivergent professional herself, Cassy brings both lived experience and specialized training to her work with leaders and teams.
