Her coaching is rooted in the belief that well-being is not a luxury but a necessity, especially for those working in high-stakes and caregiving professions. Jenna Nelson is a wellness advocate, nurse educator, and coach who brings warmth, presence, and deep understanding to her work. With more than 22 years of nursing experience, including 18 years in high-risk obstetrics and NICU care, Jenna has walked alongside healthcare professionals through the full spectrum of emotional and physical demands that come with caring for others. She knows firsthand the toll that chronic stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout can have on even the most passionate and committed individuals. In response, she created Work Your Happy, an evidence-based program that offers practical tools to help professionals manage stress, restore balance, and reconnect with what matters most. Her approach is relational and grounded, weaving together education, lived experience, and a belief that transformation begins when people feel truly seen and supported. Jenna’s mission is to hold space for healing, to empower sustainable well-being, and to walk with those who care for others as they learn to care for themselves.
