Somatic Coach & Transition Specialist

Inspired by exceptional coaches and mentors throughout her career in higher education, organizational development, and human resources, Lynn Brown is honored to share her coaching skills and lived wisdom to help individuals and organizations navigate transitions and achieve positive outcomes.

A committed lifelong learner, Lynn has completed Level Two training at the Academy for Coach Training (now inviteCHANGE), yoga teacher training, Pathfinders Coach Training/Certification, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certification, and Designing Your Life Coach Certification. She is currently enrolled in a somatic coach training program at the Somatic School and is on track to earn her professional coach certification in May 2026.

Lynn believes in the daily practices of journaling, meditation, yoga, chanting, affirmations, walking in nature, and making art. Her practices foster self-connection, nervous system health, and resilience.

She also cherishes a vibrant family life with three grown children and grandchildren in Oregon. Lynn enjoys hiking with her dog, Fergus, on the trails near Portland, in Bend, and along the coast.

From her first role as a high school guidance counselor and health coach, Lynn has been fascinated by the ways people navigate career choices, career transitions, and growth into leadership roles. She has built teams, led executive searches, reorganized departments, and provided individual coaching to leaders and their teams. Along the way, she has designed curriculum and training modules across different industries to support people in doing their best work.
