Jerry guides leaders in making meaningful shifts in who they are being in order to achieve transformational results in what they are doing.
Jerry lives with his wife in Corvallis, Oregon. He loves sharing time with his son and three grandchildren. He enjoys biking, kayaking, travel, wine tasting, reading, films, music, men’s work, and spirituality. A lifelong seeker, he pursues ongoing personal development, learning as a coach, men’s work facilitator, and convener of rituals.

Jerry has held business leadership roles in operations, marketing, consulting, engineering and human resources, in multiple industry sectors at Sr. Manager, Manager, and Global Program Manager levels. He has led major initiatives across geographies and business units and worked with leaders from multiple cultures. This business acumen allows him to relate to clients in multiple disciplines and industry sectors.
As an Organization Consultant, Jerry orchestrated major global merger integrations including organization design, executive sponsorship, employee engagement, training and communication strategy, and complex change initiatives. He also facilitates leadership retreats, team alignment sessions, training on communication, and cultural migration.
