With over 17 years of experience across industries, Abby specializes in organizational transformation, leadership development, and change management. Abby is known for her love of people. Empathy, curiosity, and participatory design are her superpowers. She is an engaging facilitator and strategic thinker who helps organizations clarify their values and put them into action. Abby holds equity in the center and is mindful of how processes, incentives and everyday behavior produce organizational outcomes. 

Starting her career as a social worker, Abby's care for people is evident in the way she listens, reads non-verbal cues, and is inclusive of perspectives that are not always considered. She has an MA in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago, with bachelor's degrees in Communications and Economics from Wheaton College. In her spare time, Abby loves to paint and stays involved with local government initiatives.
