Through years of operations and program management Roberto has learned and developed effective and positive behaviors that establish trust within teams. Through trust, cohesion is formed and from that is born strong lines of communication. Each team member confidently uses their voice to challenge, buy in, and commit to the goals and objectives set for the team.
